My name is Dione Neus. I graduated from Utrecht University of Applied Sciences in 2015. After my graduation, I was able to work immediately as a speech therapist in the various independent practices where I did my internship. There I have been working as a ZZP’er in Amsterdam. Since April 2024 I have been working closer to home in Almere. And as of November 2024 at Silderhuis Speech Therapy branch Almere.

I work as an all-round speech therapist and mainly treat (young) children with problems in speech and language development.

My specializations are articulation disorders, language disorders in (multilingual) children and speech therapy and dentistry (OMFT). I have also taken several courses in these areas. In practice, I love to see parents as co-therapists given the tools to stimulate and help their child develop speech and/or language.

Every client is different, speech therapy is not a “one size fits all” and that is what makes our profession so special.

I am a member of the Dutch Association for Speech Therapy and Phoniatrics (NVLF), and I am registered in the Paramedics Quality Register.
