In 2020 I graduated as a speech therapist at the Hogeschool Windesheim in Almere and since then I have worked at several speech therapy practices. Since November 2024 I have been working at Silderhuis speech therapy with great pleasure. Before becoming a speech therapist, I worked for several years within the Human Resources field, where I gained experience in communication, counseling and behavior change, among other skills; skills that I can still use daily as a speech therapist.

As a speech therapist, I enjoy working with you on your request for help from a personal connection, so that you experience fewer problems in everyday life. In addition, with children I enjoy having fun together with your child by doing activities that match the child’s interests as well as answering your request for help. The requests for help can be very diverse, for example focused on language, speech, voice and abnormal mouth behavior. I see both young and older children as well as adults.

I still really enjoy expanding my knowledge, so I regularly attend continuing/assessment courses.

I am a member of the professional association NVLF, participate in a quality circle and am on the quality register of paramedics.
